14.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION STORY SKYE @skyewhalley has lost a massive 23kgs & here's what she had to say about the journey to this happy, healthy place when we asked her a few questions: How are you feeling NOW as opposed to BEFORE? "I feel more confident in the way I look and when shopping for clothes. I also feel a lot happier and more productive when I’ve been to the gym or especially when I hit a goal or personal best"... How much weight have you lost? "I have lost 23kg. I started at 95kg (the heaviest I’ve been) and am now 72kg" How have you achieved this result? "I have achieved this with the support of my friends and favourite gym I just got to the point where I felt bad about my appearance and didn’t have any confidence. But I feel the biggest influence in achieving where I’m at today, is being surrounded by people who have similar goals and learning from a family of CrossFit fanatics (while living in Canada) that eating healthy and working out isn’t a chore and can be super fun" What do you enjoy about exercise & the gym now? "The thing I enjoy most about exercise and going to the gym is the RESULTS!!! I haven’t felt this GOOD about my body in a long time and that to me is a WIN.
