17.01.2022 To all our valued hospitality legends, I hope you are all staying safe well. Like most other businesses and individuals, we, within Classic Linen are trying to stay informed of the constant developments in relation to the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health of our employees is paramount as is the wellbeing of all our valued customers. We are currently still open providing our service, albeit slightly limited, taking orders and organizing pick ups. All of these now will be or...ganized by request only. All requests should be made by email (these requests need to be made no later that Wednesday 12pm as all deliveries and pick ups will be organised for each Friday). Please email all requests to [email protected] Please note our office phone will not be manned, but you can reach us during normal office ours on: 0458 454 131. As a business we have implemented the following: Our Sales team have been instructed to cease all face-to-face visits at this time, Our Sales Representatives will either contact you by phone or email, check all is well for you and if you require any assistance from us Our office has moved offsite (work at home) and our factory is still operational at this time, with us all practicing social distancing measures within our workplace with many sanitised stations throughout our factory The oncoming disruption during this time will be challenging for everyone. The best thing we can do is to remain healthy, vigilant and support each other where possible so that we can all get through this together. We will continue to monitor the information and advice issued by the Australian Government and will adjust our plans based on their recommendations, any changes made to the above we will inform you via email. We appreciate your understanding and wish you, your teams and your families the very best throughout this unusual time .
