23.01.2022 AF Challenge Transformation: Belinda from @caringbahanytimefitness My family has had a tumultuous couple of years. I gained 30 kilos. I was diagnosed with depr...ession and PTSD. Before the challenge a surgeon told me I had arthritis and I would never run again. During the eight weeks I have not had any alcohol, chocolate, ice cream etc and I have lost 15.5 kilograms and 52.5 cms. I can run at speed 10 for a minute which is a huge improvement. I am very proud to say I have achieved my goals. 07.01.2022 Following guidelines from the Victorian Government, masks are required in ALL indoor settings, including the gym. It's a small thing to do to keep everyone safe. We ask that all members enter and exit the gym wearing there mask. It is still required on all low intensity workouts. The only time you may take it off is when lifting heavy loads or doing high intensity workouts.... Please respect those around you by keeping your distance and wiping down equipment after use. 06.01.2022 Please remember to clean your equipment after use and sanitise on the way in. We know the rules are a bit more relaxed now in Melbourne but we still encourage our members to keep good hygiene and cleanliness in the gym for everyone’s safety. We would like to reassure members that we have cleaners every night that do a thorough job and we use a 30 day protective cleaner on all equipment once a week so everything is sanitised. ... To make sure you are doing your part, always bring a towel, carry a wipe around with you (there’s 4 stations in the gym) and use hand sanitiser on your way in. Thanks guys!
