23.01.2022 Sandy McKiernan, Vinnies WA spoke to members on the complex problem of helping people who have become homeless. It is not something that can be fixed by placing expectations or parameters around the help that can be given. Each person is on an individual journey and must be afforded individual assistance. Perth Rotary also officially acknowledged their fundraising efforts in the #prostatecancerawarenessmonth fundraiser - The Long Run. Perth Rotary raised $6833 towards this nation wide event. Bill Munro, Chair of PCFA WA and Ian Mawson PCFA Ambassador attended lunch.

21.01.2022 Friends and Family of Perth Rotary enjoying an afternoon walk around the Swan River to raise awareness and funds to support men and their families impacted by prostate cancer. We're glad to have been a small part of a national effort in #TheLongRun towards a total of $1,234,917 raised (by the time we completed our walk today) for the Prostate Cancer Foundation. #prostratecancer
