25.01.2022 Member of the Month! Congratulations Juan Pablo Rios Cami! Juan first started going to the gym just to see personal improvement in his general fitness and strength. It then became a social place where he felt comfortable in sharing his goals and creating friendships. He has been a member since January but only recently started being consistent and achieving the results he wants, as you can see in these photos. They are just 3 weeks apart and he is achieving what he wants through constant weight training. His consistent effort doesn’t go unnoticed, he updates our staff with his goals and efforts so we can keep him accountable. His smiley face is a blessing to the club, keep up the great achievements

21.01.2022 We are donating to Embassy Church Belmore to help local families in need. This year has been challenging for everyone, but especially tough for those in need. Christmas is around the corner and we want to spread the Christmas spirit more than ever this year! We ask our Anytime family to lend a helping hand. We are accepting donations in club of new toys and non-perishable food. Please only donate appropriate new toys still in the box or with tags still attached. No used or... old toys. 09.01.2022 The day has finally come! We are back to opening 24/7, THIS FRIDAY 23rd October! Following the government announcement that the Covid-19 restrictions have eased for gyms, we are only required to have a Covid Safe Marshal when there are 20+ people in the gym. We have observed club usage and will be staffing accordingly, keeping Covid Marshal’s on at times that are needed. However the good news is you can get back to working out anytime, with 24/7 access again!... We would like to thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time! Let’s finish 2020 strong!

08.01.2022 Meet our new trainer Peter! PT PETE! We are very excited to welcome Peter as our new personal trainer! Here’s a message from Peter: My education, training and personal experience became the foundation for how I developed my training style and technique. The goal of the program is simple; eliminate pain, manage stress and create an overall sense of wellbeing through movement, well-balanced nutrition and a daily mindful practice. Strong body - strong mind.... Everyone deserves the right to knowledge on fitness, nutrition and overall good health to be happy with themselves inside and out! It’s my life goal to help people reach their personal wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, add muscle or aspire to compete, I can help you get there through customised fitness programs, tailored nutritional plans and daily accountability. Peter has completed a Certificate IV In Fitness Master Trainer, Nutrition Certification, First Aid Certificate, so he is well equiped to help you reach your goals! 04.01.2022 Member of the month Congratulations Edward! Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Edward joined originally to loose weight and better his health but it became a habit he loves. He is now down to a weight he is happy with, and comes because he enjoys the gym not because he feels he has to. He is now into weight lifting. The small changes and improvements he sees, keeps his passion going. He comes 7 days a week and everyone in the community notices his passion and hard work every day! Edwards smiley face is a blessing to have in the club, keep up the fantastic work!
