This is a friendly face you may recognise from training in the club for the last couple of years and we are absolutely delighted to now have him on our team!! Patrick comes to the fitness industry after twenty years in retail and customer service. ... I wanted a career that could create real change and help people live longer, healthier and happier lives. And that’s exactly what Trinity Personal Training allows me to do. I’m not here to show you what I can do, I’m here to show you the greatness that you can achieve! 20.01.2022 We’ve just filmed a heap of common gym mistakes for you team! Our first one is the bicep curl, who doesn’t want a good set of pipes!? On the left you will see @trinity_personal_training keeping core tight with no movement/arching through the lower back, strong contraction and controlled descent with full extension at the bottom of the movement & shoulders nice and neutral (not rounding forward).... On the right you will see little to no bicep contraction and the movement coming all from the lower back, Jamesy might pull up a bit sore from that tomorrow but it certainly won’t be in his guns Love these posts? 16.01.2022 4 INGREDIENT BROWNIE EGG-FREE, VEGAN, PESCATARIAN, DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE, VEGETARIAN SERVINGS:12... CALORIES:224 PREP:1 hour 5 minutes COOK:5 minutes These chewyno-bake browniesare ultra chocolatey and so heavenly tasting, you won't believe they're made with just four simple ingredients! INGREDIENTS: - 2 cups toasted walnuts - 2 cups dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 15 minutes - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/2 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate DIRECTIONS: Place the walnuts in the bowl of a food processor and blend to create coarse crumbs. Add the dates and cocoa powder and blend until a dough forms. Press the mixture into a well greased or baking paper-lined baking dish. In a double boiler, gently melt the chocolate. Top the brownies with the melted chocolate, smoothing it out with an offset spatula. Allow the brownies to set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

01.01.2022 OPEN HOURS UPDATE: Sorry we got your hopes up from our post yesterday. There’s been a government update and we are now remaining as open during staffed hours only. We were just as excited as you were to be going back to open 24/7, however this morning Victoria government has updated the regulations.... Meaning we’ll be open during extended staffed hours as before, see these below: Mon Fri: 5am to 9pm Sat: 6am to 2pm Sun: 8am to 12pm On a positive note, an update that has remained the same is the ability to have more of our valued members in club at one time. this means, at this stage, you no longer need to book in prior to visiting. We hope to announce to you soon that we are back open 24/7. Again, a big thanks to all our awesome members for following in-club guidelines and bringing your towels when you train. We appreciate your patience! If you have any questions, please contact the club. Let’s make healthy happen.
