13.01.2022 ANZ Talk of the Town is invited! Debating. On the back of Tuesdays exciting debate night, Smashing the Envelope's hosting a 'debate showcase event' between TM clubs on Tuesday Feb 19. We started promoting today and have one club entry confirmed, and a number of others showing keen interest. How will it work? Each club will compete in 3 debates without wait time. A final debate will be held between the top two ranked clubs. It will be a fun, participation event without the for...malities of debating No one will taking it too seriously - it's about mixing it up and particpation. Is it worth the effort to enter a team? The blinkers will be off @ smashing with members super-keen to host a slick event, The night will include a club trophy, lots of pizzas, big crowds and applause, and of course - fists of Smashing NRG! Give your club members a pump! If your club wishes to put together a team of 3 (2 will work as we will find you a filler) let us know. Clubs entering wil be treated like the 'rockstars' they are.
