'We' came within a 1/2 of a Hair's-Width of never-ever Watching an Outback Sunset Again.... Pure Magic... "in Retrospect", well worth 'The Extreme Risk Reward Management'. It now sits in a Place of Honour at The South Australian Museum/ Adelaide, South Australia

The two smaller freeform polished pieces below the larger The Gem Crystal Opal Specimen were cut and polished to give you a perspective of the size and quality of all the pictured Pieces. This 'Find' was Truly the finest pocket of Gem Cr...ystal Opal ever taken out of the Ground at Coober Pedy. My opinion....of course. They all are on exhibition at the South Australian Museum, Adelaide, South Australia Under the Direction of Ben McHenry....Curator and Godfather of the SA Museum Gemstone and Mineral Collections. Ben serves as another Rare and Privileged Gem in the Crown of South Australia.

11.01.2022 Pockets of Opalised Fossils uncovered at the Far Edge of The Cusp....Coober Pedy, South Australia in The Land Down Under Following the Slide( Fault back into the Hill)....where it begins to throw the Precious Opal with Colour and fills the opal shell pockets with Opal/Colour.

10.01.2022 Excellent picture of Micro and Macro Shells taken from the Wall of the Cut. If and when the Mud Shells, in the Wall, fill up with precious Opal ...instead of Mud, the contrast and value will be quite conspicuous. These opalised Micro and Macro Shells are quite rare and valuable as they seem to get lost or broken up ...always in the 'Din of The Battle'.

05.01.2022 The Drill in the Left Upper Quadrant is patiently waiting until the Hill can be peeled back another 25 meters so that The Drill could be brought over to begin its search to where the Drill would twist and turn its Steel Tungstened Teethed Bucket into where The Fault carrying the Opal throws it 'into 'The Crossing Opal Level' and filling up the Pockets and Runs of Fossils....with Precious Gem Opal.
