The program was allocated nearly $20 million in the first year of the 6CPA alone. 01.01.2022 Rochedale Prescription Centre SOLD & SETTLED by Ian Fedrick of AP Group. As of 31 July 2020 Tricia & Mike Kelly are now retired with the combined sale of their pharmacy interests, Rochedale Prescription Centre and Loganholme Complete Discount Chemist. The universe was telling them it was time to slow down and smell the roses and that is exactly what Tricia & Mike Kelly plan to do. Tricia had Rochedale for 28 years and the last 13 years running both pharmacies with the assis...tance of husband Mike. Apart from the occasional holiday they had not had a weekend off in 13 years as Loganholme opened everyday except Christmas Day. These pharmacies were run as independent family businesses and Tricia had many loyal customers, especially at Rochedale. Many customers came in to wish Tricia and Mike all the best in retirement, well earned. New owners Khen Ly and his junior partners Ann & Seng from Chempro are just the right people to take over these pharmacies. In the week prior to settlement Seng and Ann stepped in to assist Tricia when her and Mike really needed some support which showed what wonderful people they are. Rochedale and Loganholme are in good hands. It was a honour to sell these pharmacies for Tricia and Mike as we facilitated the sale of Loganholme Complete Discount Chemist to Tricia 13 years ago.
