No cabinetry, a solid structure made with all treated pine timber, cement sheeting, completely waterproofed and tiled to finish. 23.01.2022 Is your decking area in need of some new, safe, legal balustrade? The existing balustrade on this house was well aged, suffering from wood rot and not at legal height. We removed all the existing balustrade, rotten timber, replaced all half height posts and landing joists, renailed decking boards, installed new balustrade/screening on this inside of the stairs and installed all new balustrade around deck and down stairs to finish. All timber cuts are primed and nail holes bogged ready for paint. We appreciate the opportunity to complete these works and thankyou for your business.

23.01.2022 WAYYY too long between posts so thought it was time to share some works we have been so busy completing. Here we have a fully renovated Kitchen for a clients rental property including all new cabinetry, gloss white doors, new appliances, splashback, bulkhead, new sink, new benchtops and painting. This is a complete Bunnings Kitchen, all cabinetry is from the Kaboodle range and benchtop supplied by Bunnings also. A fantastic result and a very happy Client. Appreciate the opportunity.

20.01.2022 Has certainly been a while between posts so thought is was well overdue to share some great projects we have had the opportunity of completing. Here we have a tightly spaced bathroom we completed gutted, changed the layout and turned into a fantastic use of space for a great family in Capalaba. Here we show a great way to improve your aging laundry. We installed new cabinetry, laundry sink, new tapware, nicely stained timber benchtop and shelf, new splashback tiling and a new back to wall toilet. We also laid new timber look vinyl planking and tile painted all existing skirting tiles white to give it that crisp finish. Walls and ceiling were also hit with a new coat of paint and some new lighting to finish. Appreciate the opportunity and glad you love the finished product.

19.01.2022 Some little touch ups to make this town house look good once again. Illegal wire balustrade along stairs was replaced with timber to meet Australian standards. Complete decking board replacement on outdoor verandah. New upgraded stainless steel sink. Existing ceilings had dropped so gyprock was cut out, ceiling battens repaired, cornice was replaced, ceilings were repaired and plastered ready for paint.... 18.01.2022 This little cottage getting some much needed upgrades and TLC including a complete new roof. The small old deck off the back was falling apart and in desperate need of an upgrade. This is currently a work in progress on a tight budget to get it back to rental stage. 15.01.2022 From internal deck stairs to external deck stairs. These clients were fed up with having a half usable deck so we were able to enclose the old internal deck stairs and build them a new landing off the back corner with external stairs. This gave them almost double the usage space of the existing back deck. This included some privacy screening to finish. All hardwood materials, merbau decking boards and stainless steel wires used for durability and longevity. Still some staining and painting to come but a great result with some very happy clients. Here we added a second area to this existing kitchen, utilizing dead space and giving these repeat clients more than enough pantry space for their lovely family. All tiles, existing sheeting was removed, New villaboard and flooring installed. New waterpoofing on floors and walls accompanied with some new tiles and shower screen have given this shower a new lease on life. Old deck next to pool was also in need of some help.
