20.01.2022 We travelled to Deloraine for an inter club meeting last night. Many thanks to the Deloraine Apex Club for the good food and fellowship. Fines were $200 donated to Variety the Childrens Charity by way of Wheres Wally and Travis Morris in this years Tasbash.

19.01.2022 The Ulverstone Lions Club is getting on with the job,securing around 450 bales of lucerne hay for drought stricken Hillston in SW NSW .Our first truck load leav...es on Thursday followed by two more next week.The Ulverstone Lions Club has pledged $30 000 to this project.Our goal is to send 12 loads and with the help of other local clubs and businesses we should achieve our goal. 11.01.2022 Our owners are one of the many who have heeded the call to help fellow farmers that are affected in drought stricken areas of Australia. So to that end, two tr...uck loads; of hay and silage that has been donated by local Meander farmers will be leaving on Sunday night and headed to Parkes NSW. We would love it if we could add to this, so here at Good Sports we are accepting bags of Dog food and grocery vouchers to be sent on those trucks also!! Small things can make a big difference!! 06.01.2022 25th August we will be showing Madagascar at the Meander Valley Performing Arts Centre (Deloraine little theatre) at 5:30pm, tickets are $5 per person, and under 5s get in free! You can also bring along blankets and pillows for the kids to sit up the front!
