The disease is different for everyone, symptoms... may include motor control issues such as muscular spasms and problems with weakness, coordination, balance and functioning of the arms and legs. Other symptoms are invisible, such as fatigue, heat intolerance, memory loss and depression. People associated with someone with MS need to keep in mind that how someone looks is not an indication of the symptoms they may be experiencing or how they are coping with these symptoms. 03.01.2022 COVID-19 has been detected in the water entering Maroochydore sewerage treatment plant. This testing does not tell us whether the people who shed the virus were... sick or infectious at the time. This kind of result could also occur if someone who was a case from another region passed through the Sunshine Coast. There are no known cases of COVID-19 in the Sunshine Coast region at the moment, but this finding shows we must all take the risk of COVID-19 seriously. We’re asking residents to get tested, even if it’s just for mild symptoms. That’s the only way we can be sure that the virus is not spreading locally. Testing people for COVID-19 protects our communities from a potential outbreak and keeps the Sunshine Coast open for business. Testing is free for everyone including foreign nationals.
