25.01.2022 Wonderful to hear Melinda, always great to know how my patients feel after treatments.

24.01.2022 Fence repaired, numbers back, sign in place. So how long until another vehicle related fence incident occurs? It's an average of one every 4 months so far, place your bets people! (and drive safely please! )

24.01.2022 Ever feel like you have just been hit by a (white) ute? Don't lie about on the grass like a busted fence, let us help get you back on your feet and healthy again!

19.01.2022 Little Winter smoothly transitioning into our daily routine. And by routine, I mean waking up at 1am and refusing to settle until 4.30am. Good times! And the more chins you have makes you a better Dad, right?

19.01.2022 Ever said that old line "i just don't have the time"? Most stretches can be done in front of the tv, while the kids play at a park or while attending the BBQ (with or without beverages). Work it into the daily routine and you won't even have to set aside "time" for it. (Note: A Pinch of Prevention encourages drinking and BBQing responsibly!)

18.01.2022 Good morning! A convenient step somewhere at home means you can hold your grumbling newborn, while still stretching your calves and hamstrings. Multitasking your rehab/ prehab! But seriously kid, go to sleep!

14.01.2022 Hello all! Just letting everyone know we are on annual leave until Saturday, enjoying some responsible sun and bluebottle-free sand with the family. See you Saturday ready and refreshed (but probably still pasty......)!

14.01.2022 A new little baby for the crew at A Pinch of Prevention, with little Winter June being born this week. Both mum and bub are happy and healthy and a very happy father is strutting around work looking pleased with himself! (Despite knowing his contribution was moral support! )

11.01.2022 A safe and merry Christmas to everyone! Hopefully everyone stays out of mischief, but in case you do happen to have a mishap whilst taking-that-catch-on-the-beach-while-not spilling-your-drink-and-hurt-your-shoulder moment.... APOP will be open by appointment Friday 28th and Saturday 29th just in case! But seriously, don't drink and sport!

10.01.2022 Good news everyone! Starting mid January, A Pinch of Prevention will be open Saturday mornings for Physiotherapy and Acupuncture treatments (by appointment as usual) every week! We look forward to being more available to assist with your health needs. Enjoy the festive season!

10.01.2022 A big thanks to Liam, Jamie and Kiriana from The Results Room for their fitness challenge charity event to help support the local koala population. Although i only participated in one challenge, I'm pretty sure i counted my situps wrong, and then nearly threw up in the carpark! Good day all round!

06.01.2022 A big thank you to Liam from The Results Room for hosting the recent shoulder workshop. Really good fun and a great audience. Looking forward to the next one.
