25.01.2022 A BOUQUETS SCENT ... with so much talk of flower shortages due to Covid. Have seen many Brides concerned about floral choices for their wedding day. I have to say this bouquet smelt glorious . The combination of Eucalyptus Leaves, Roses and Jasmin was a heavenly combination. It had me thinking wow this is the best scented bouquet I have had the pleasure of inhaling . Amy from @cloud9events , can take the credit for that . 17.01.2022 #challengeaccepted Thank you to the woman who nominated me . I am humbled .. this is me right here right now . I have kept this low key in the gram but 4 months ago as could see Covid hitting our shores and weddings being postponed till 2021 .. ..after working with priveledged humans for almost three decades . I thought how could I use my skills to help the everyday Australian. Help the elderly and folks with compromised immunities.. I set to prototype my own sustainable ...washable triple layered face mask.. its seemed so crazy at the time .. but hay the win for me has been using my skill set to help others . Which doesnt happened in my day to day business life . I have created pretty masks for woman recovering from breast cancer, woman that have had life saving surgery .. so many gear warming stories that has ticked my soul and given me purpose . We are donating to womans health projects from our sales and giving people hope @love_laugh_lightcollective Do not panic we are still seeing Brides and creating fabulous gowns .. but just for now I got my big girl pants on and I am have used my abilities for the greater good .. .. you know what it feels good and its so inspiring.. To draw on our skill set and work beyond the realms of what industry expectations are... I tell no lies when I tell you my skill set is broad .. what many people don’t know I designed Swimwear and Menswear prior to starting my business and studied tailoring at night school when I was in year 10... I have clearly always had an expansive point... of view. I also appreciate when working for clients wether they be Brides , Stylists or Producers . That they give me the opportunity to work outside of the square... I know not one person I have collaborated with have ever been disappointed with the outcome .. So this got me thinking last year during Covid and lockdowns .. let’s be honest we all asked ourselves real questions in 2020, as we had time to look inward .. I made a decision that life was not going to be the same for a long time and I really wanted to do more of the Avante than just all ways mainstream creativity ... SO what does mean ?
