22.01.2022 NSWRL have released limited details of their one state strategic plan to bring NSW regional and metro areas closer together given the CRL and NSWRL merger. It will be interesting to see the 6 regional zones and group area intakes once that is released and how this may or may not affect our club given we are on the border of west’s and illawarra and currently sit in group 6

20.01.2022 INFO FOR U12s re GRAND FINAL COVID PROTOCOLS TICKETS... ONE ticket allows ONE playing child and ONE adult into ground. Below is an example to clarify; Car one has two adults (coach and parent) and one kid (player) and they have 2 tickets - no problems for entry. Car two has one adult (parent) and two kids (both playing) and they have one ticket - one person isn’t entering. This car needs TWO tickets Any further questions in relation to this please call me or your coach. TROPHY PRESENTATIONS At the end of the match, the two teams will be asked to stay on the field, and sit around the 40m area near the tower and dugouts. The MC will call the centre referee to collect their medals, and then the team captains one at a time to collect their teams bag of medals, and for the winning captain to collect the premiers trophy. The Player of the Match will then be announced and he/she can come over to collect the trophy. After that the teams will be asked to leave the field via the back gate, near the tower and dugouts, where an area will be set up for the team photo. Please note only each team can have a team photo, as no group team photos (both teams) are allowed under the current restrictions, and team songs are also not allowed. Once the team has taken their photos, then they are required to leave the venue asap. There are no exceptions to this: we get in - play - get out! Good Luck! Tat Secretary

20.01.2022 Good Luck to our 12B Team who made it through to the finals on Sunday! They will play the Big Dance against The Oaks at 1.30pm at Kirkham Park Camden. Congratulations to all the boys on having gone through this season undefeated and finishing top of the table! ... Due to COVID19 rules only one parent per child is allowed entry to the Final. That unfortunately means one parent and any siblings will need to stay home and no grandparents, aunts or uncles etc can be there to cheer the team on. But that doesn’t mean you can’t cheer them on from home. Tickets will be issued by group 6 and there will be a no ticket no entry rule. So make sure you don’t lose your tickets once issued. For those who can’t attend the games will be live-streamed on YouTube at Memory Moments Media https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3ZtS-AYQm9_lHuB80J_z_g Make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss the action!
