20.01.2022 Another successful weekend this time at long flat. Old "JEKA" won the novice draft equal first in the first round on an 85 and an 88 in the final. 17.01.2022 A good two days were had at Gresford draft. I started the weekend off with equal 4th in the novice on Mick Alchins "JACKSON." An 86 in the first round and an 83 in the final. A massive effort for a little maiden horse who has placed at the last two Campdraft's. I then put two horses in the open final with two scores of 85. Tony Mortimers "MOONSHINE" and my own mare "JEKA" ... Jeka took the red ribbon 2nd after the final. Very proud moment once again of my wonderful mare! Our newest member of the team Jess Smith got her first place in the Ladies campdraft. Jess managed to place 4th on Saturday. A very proud moment for Jess and myself. 16.01.2022 Have brought "Topgun" of Mick and Jean Alchins back in from a month off.. the 15 year old gelding will be one of two horses on the truck to the 'abcra national finals' in January. Topgun will be my ride in the 2017 most successful rider campdraft where I will potentially be the only lady rider to make the top 25.. Thanks Mick Alchin for letting me campaign this good old gelding all year.. #finalscountdown
11.01.2022 Yet another great weekend was had at Timor campdraft. Results: myself and JEKA placed 2nd in the ladies on Saturday with an 88 She also ran a 90 in the first round of the novice, placed 2nd in the final with a score of 87 on Sunday. Mick Alchins TOPGUN made an 87 in the first round of the novice and an 85 in the first round of the open with no luck in the finals. 10.01.2022 Our 2017 drafting season has finally come to a close, we have had a fantastic year, all horses have improved out of sight. I have qualified the two old horses "Jeka" and "topgun" for the abcra national finals at the end of January. Will be looking forward to a run in the ladies, novice and most successful rider at the finals. A big thank you to my sponsors Hawkesbury river saddle company and emcee apparel Australian riding wear for their support all year! Looking forward to a Christmas break.

04.01.2022 Happy with our horses over last weekend at Muswellbrook campdraft. Results Mick Alchins "MIDNIGHT" made both the maiden and novice finals. Mick Alchins "TOPGUN" and I won the ladies with a 90. my own mare "JEKA" and i ran equal 3rd in the ladies also. ... After a long successful run of drafts the last couple of weeks, the team will be enjoying a weekend off while we prepare for our home town campdraft, WATAGAN MOUNTAINS next weekend. See more
