24.01.2022 Silence and Solitude: Intentional time in the quiet to be alone with God, and our with our own soul. It’s the space in which we make time for God to love us, and to transform us into people of love. Ideas: You might like to go for a hike, wake up early with a coffee and just sit, find a space to sit quietly and spend time with God.

Plan your sabbath around a meal. Cut out technology. Gather with your small group or family. Make sure all organisation happens prior.

20.01.2022 Over the past few years, we have been partnering with an organisation call Marist180. Their mission is to help make positive change in the lives of young people and their families. We wanted to introduce Megan and Sam who have been working here at Arana and for them to share their heart for the organisation. We are so thankful for our partnership with them and are excited for it to continue.

Over the past 6 weeks we have been going through a series called ‘Un-Hurry’, looking into 4 key practices; sabbath, silence and solitude, slowing and simplicity. As a faith community we feel that this is the way of Jesus. We want to follow him both individually and corporately, and so we’d love to encourage you to practice unhurry this week with those around you, as church.
