ROLE: reconciliation & balance all accounts, analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, one touch payroll & BAS prep, end month & end year reports, admin, filing, overseeing accounting division answering phones when needed. CRITERIA: Cert 4 in bookkeeping, 5+ years working in similar role, advanced Quickbooks, Excel & Word, exceptional verbal & written, and accurate with numbers. Refs, WWCC & Police check req’d Accounts Receivable- Casual 20-25hrs p/wk ROLE: Data entry, matching orders & payments, admin, filing and answering phones when needed. CRITERIA: Cert 4 in bookkeeping desirable or other training, 3 years in similar role, advanced Quickbooks, Excel & Word and accurate with numbers.
