17.01.2022 This will be exciting! The Studio Perth will be at the Vic Park Health Expo with a stall and TWO free fitness classes live on stage, which you are welcome to jo...in in! At 10.20am there’ll be some Power Pilates to feel the burn, to work your entire body through mat exercises, and to strengthen and tone. With an emphasis on the core, side body, arms and legs- you will be sure to feel your body getting stronger in this powerhouse of a class in 15mins! At 1.20pm there’ll be a little Power Flow Yoga class to get you connected to your breath and movement, to build strength, flexibility and stamina as you challenge your body and mind and at the same time incorporate breath work and mindfulness, leaving you feeling invigorated and strong. Visit them at their stall and enjoy some free herbal tea and talk to them about all things Yoga and Pilates.
