16.01.2022 Round 7 already!!! We're just over half way through the season folks. This week kicked off the (unofficial) league trading period. Ardross A-rerollers captain/list manager Kate Bryant scouted some fantastic new talent in Taneeka LaBrooy and Jenna Howe. These two are definitely ones to watch in the coming weeks. There was a lot to love at today's debut game at spectacular new location hammy hill shs! The sun was out, the sky was blue and hearts were stolen by trend setting fu...r friend Rosie the bull terrier rocking an ace wizard of oz tee. The rollers got off to a roaring start against semi final team Chick Park. The score was soon 2-nil thanks to some awesome teamwork and precision passing. At the end of the first period the A-rerollers took the chance to celebrate star attacker Ariel Mroz's birth-versary with novelty hats and entertainment provided by team mate Tessa Ryles trying and failing to light a candle in an orange. Maby just Stick to your day job. The second period was a real nail biter for the record breaking crowd, with chick park scoring 3 of the 5 goals bringing the score to a very tight margin for the rollers. Chick Park's Chelsea Cheng looked super dangerous in attack sending milk crate fragments flying inspiring Chick Park's formidable comeback. After an intermission break with lots of great advice for the A-re rollers coming from the crowd (you guys rocked!) the third period was set to be the game decider. Quad pro attacker Ayshe kerimeowski tore up defence with save after spectacular save, surprising the awed audience and herself! Comeback quashed, Taneeka LaBrooy drove the last (6+) nails in the coffin smashing puck after puck into the back of the battered milk crates. In the end the A-rerollers took home the win by an amazing 6 points with the star of the show being their epic teamwork! Good onya girls!!

04.01.2022 After both making it through quarter finals (thank you to Fremantle Cappuccino Strippers for a great game), we had an absolute nail-biter of a semi-final against Como Como Como Como Como Chameleons! Thank you for the great hockey and even better vibes- you ladies are the best and we had so much fun. In the end, the score was 7 Como and 9 TOOTS. So we'll see you all at the grand final!!!
