24.01.2022 Six weeks to go today and we will be off for a well deserved break from the pub. This year has thrown everything at us and we have also added to the work load with Zest BYO. We will take a few more days this coming New Year than usual as the calendar has been kind. So excited to hit the road, sleep, eat, drink and cuddle until we open the APH doors for 2021 on Friday January 8th at 5pm. Apologies for any inconvenience but we really need some time out. ... 09.01.2022 Looking for old/interesting, funky but functional and safe all weather furniture for under the kurrajong tree. Have been trying to get through the market place but always seem to miss the opportunities!!The soil for the garden around the tree is coming this week and the seedlings are growing well ready to be planted with loads of new seeds that will be thrown around for delicious ground cover and mosquito repelling properties. Solar lights and fire pits will surround to hopefully create a magnificent space If you have anything that you have been thinking you want to get rid of, please send a pm. Budget is tight

08.01.2022 After a very long day starting by leaving AP at 7am to be at Zest BYO for our first day then back to the APH kitchen. Time for a refreshing beverage from our new wine list. 05.01.2022 VERY EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT We will take over from the lovely Alleey Dyason and staff at Zest BYO in Temora this Friday. We will close for a few days to work our way around, stock the kitchen and start preparation to open on Wednesday 30th at 8.30am, Thursday and Friday Friday to 3pm. Maryanne Southwell will be at the coffee machine helping us find our way and we will look forward to getting to know all of the loyal Temora Zesties. There will be some changes and we hope you lo...ve what we will bring to the business. Drop in, say hello and give us your feedback. We will be closed for the long weekend and be open again from Tuesday 6th of October Monday - Friday. We hope to quickly move to seven days a week with weekend breakfast/brunch, functions and private dinners. Thank you so much to Alleey and Stephen. It has been a very smooth and supportive transition so far.

David Vella has introduced a very sexy new piece of equipment that has elevated the quality and consistency of our proteins. We already have great meat from Liam at Coolamon Butchery that is now cooked beautifully. Come in and check out our 350g sirloins that are on the menu all the time and look out for other specials like our lamb racks, salmon fillets, chicken breast and 62.5 degree eggs!!
