23.01.2022 Hi Followers!! So, interesting times in SA. Unfortunately we have had to cancel our courses until further notice and will not be able to accept Veteran visitors during lock down... 19.01.2022 We Need Your Help. The weather has finally turned, our tracks are dry, our shed is up and the concrete in... But we have so far to go. We would love anyone who has some time to spare to come up to the farm this week and help with heavy lifting, planting, irrigation, fencing and general tidy up duties.... If you can help, or literally just want some fresh air (no need to work hard, always welcome to enjoy the space) then please contact Rhiann on 0414 827 693, or just rock up. 19.01.2022 Quick update on our recovery so far. CFS ring route is complete, shed has arrived (in pieces) and we have a working bee to help tidy up and plant some stuff this weekend. :)

12.01.2022 Had some requests for property redevelopment updates, so here is today's. Driveway is now raised up to the new shed height, widened and suitable for all weather access (think CFS!!!) The dogs seem to love it!

11.01.2022 Had a great weekend!!! Got to use my birthday present (fence knocker) from the wife (it's okay, she is getting a mop and vacuum cleaner from the kids and I) and had some help laying the prep work for the shed. Followed up of course with beers and fires. Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes!

05.01.2022 Last night we shared the post regarding the fire that gutted the XMRC facility here in South Australia. Loss by fire is still a little too raw for us personally. A Go Fund Me has been established to help recover from their loss. If you cannot afford to donate cash, think outside the box. 03.01.2022 If you are in the area, or feel like a drive up to Cudlee Creek, we could do with some helping hands today. Tomorrow the rains return and we are busily getting the roadworks completed as soon as we can. To do so we need to move some items and many hands make light work. ... We also have planting and garden jobs if anyone wishes to get down and playing the dirt. :)

03.01.2022 One positive about these Corona lockdowns is that it has given some of us time to do things we couldn't otherwise get done. One of those things was the creation of our future dining room table by our good friend David from Upcycled Wood Designs. The timbers are over 100 years old, salvaged from a warehouse in King St, Melbourne. We can't wait to see the finished product.

02.01.2022 Well, spring certainly is upon us. We took multiple calls today to either collect or assist others in their collection of swarms across Adelaide. We travelled from as far north as Rebel Ford in Elizabeth and as far south as Morphett Vale, coming home with 4 new swarms. If you see a swarm, give us a call. If we can't help we can put you in contact with someone who can.

02.01.2022 We have Heroes on the Homefront coming to help do fencing at our farm on Tuesday and Friday. Morning Tea, BBQ lunch and Afternoon Tea provided. Tasks suitable for all ages and physical abilities.
