There is a new opportunity for an import coordinator to join the team at Armadale Steel, based in the new Forrestdale Business Park. We are looking for someone who can speak fluent English as well as Vietnamese. This is an essential skill for any person applying for this job. The role will be part time to begin, with the opportunity to... progress to full time. To be considered for this position you will need to clearly demonstrate: Be able to obtain quotes for products to be imported for the company from Vietnam Organise the import documents and products and be able to track these to keep management up to date. Liaise with customs when the container reaches the wharf Shipping/invoice/delivery instructions Co-ordinate all of the accurate documents for the shipments Correctly file all documents General admin duties such as sales, sorting stock, customer service and daily banking Good Microsoft office skills Knowledge of the Steel Industry/Steel products If you have at least 3 years’ experience dealing with importing and the ability to speak Vietnamese we would love to hear from you.
