21.01.2022 Thankyou for staying strong Armature community. Through Zoom classes, reno's, and outdoor training, you stuck with it, brining structure and a lift to the body and soul. Strength isn't just lifting heavy. It's being kind and connected to community when the going gets tough. Thankyou also goes to our amazing instructors who turned up every week for the 214 days of closure! Now it is finally time to properly re-connect in person in the studios!!!!... Reformer classes are an all time favourite and we have space for 10 ppl per class. Get booking. NEW class style! Reformer Strength 50/50. Fitness style programming combining Reformers and weights. 20.01.2022 Armature Al Fresco is almost ready! OUTDOOR open air sessions with the EQUIPMENT you love and miss like Reformers, weights, barrels and Wunda chairs. From next week our wonderful team will be teaching two participants for Pilates or Strength based sessions in our Pop-up space at Armature Strength. Available times and pricing on our website.
