25.01.2022 We were so tempted to write "APRIL FOOLS" on the page today but sadly it wouldn't have been true... and also we'd probably have been lynched. We want to thank everyone who made it in to say goodbye and those who couldn't but still contacted us on FB or messenger. We had plenty of laughs and a few tears. Sometimes You don't realise the impact that you have on people's lives and vice versa.... We'll see you around the traps. Lots of love and well wishes to you all !!! 24.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Just a quick note regarding how Covid-19 is affecting our supply of products. Due to the fact that people are panic buying our supply of necessary ingredients are becoming harder to come by.... What this means is that we might have to substitute certain ingredients where possible or we might not be able to supple certain dishes you may desire. With that in mind we have decided to disable the PAYPAL function on our WebPage and App. This will allow customers to use the COD method (Bank Transfer). The reason for this is we can contact you with a revised invoice if we need to remove anything that isn't available and alter your price accordingly. Once we're certain of what we can deliver we'll contact you with the new total amount for transfer and your order will be prepared and delivered. Another potential factor might be the time required to deliver. Searching for ingredients has become more time consuming and difficult. So it may add and extra day or two to our regular operating time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but these factors are out of our hands. If there is a complete lockdown in the future we will revisit these circumstances and advise you of the outcome. Please place any orders through the app or webpage and we will contact you to establish any problems we are encountering at the time. 23.01.2022 It is with heavy hearts that we must inform you all that we will be closing our doors tomorrow. Just 10 days short of our 23 birthday we are calling time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of our supporters over the years.... Also a shout out to all the staff who have passed through our little family business. Our hearts would always swell with pride when we'd over hear customers on the phone saying "I'm at Armenti's". We are trading until 3.00pm Easter Saturday and have massively reduced prices across the grocery, drinks and deli range. The app wont be available on the usual Store Sights (but it will be compatible with both Apple and Google) as there is no use for the app if you aren't local to Perth. So as we alluded to in yesterday's post we've decided the best way to let everyone know what we are about is to put together an introductory pack offer. $100.00 will get you :... 1 X 1.7kg Traditional Lasagna (Cook @ Home) 1 X Spaghetti & Meatballs (650ml Container) 1 X Linguine Alla'Panna (650ml Container) 1 X Hearty Beef Stew served With Mash (650ml Cont) 1 X Yellow Chicken Curry (500ml) and Jasmine Rice 1 X Hokkien Noodles Bacon & Omelette (650ml Cont) 1 X Sweet Chili Chicken Fried Rice We'll deliver it all for free (normally $5.99) to all local suburbs. Check with us when you place your order. Everything will be delivered fresh apart from the Lasagna which is frozen and needs to be cooked. You can store the meals in the fridge for up-to four days or freeze them for up-to three months. Personally we think it will all be devoured pretty quickly. If you'd like to place an order please message us. If we can get at least 5 people then we'll go ahead. Final Order Day is Friday 13th December With delivery on Monday 16th December. We require a turn around time to procure all the fresh ingredients we require for your order. We like to slow cook our sauces for a good four to six hours to get the maximum flavour in the dishes. 17.01.2022 So we ran into an old customer the other day who really missed our cooking. As a result of the encounter he's ordered 30 take home meals from us. Which got us thinking that perhaps there might be others of you out there who would like to purchase our quality home cooked meals again. So we've posted this to gauge if there's any interest from you guys. As you know we do both Italian and Thai cuisine as well as some Chinese and of course local staples too. 15.01.2022 Hello everyone. We've been busy cranking out some orders for friends and family. With Christmas approaching quickly it looks likely that we won't be up and running until the New Year. We're currently working on an ordering App as it's the easiest way to see everything that we offer and take care of delivery details and payment all at the same time. It's tedious work but will be easy once it's set up. Because we prepare everything fresh (with the exception of Cook @ home pr...oducts IE lasagna) we are looking at a two to three day turn around from order to delivery. We'll also have to have a minimum spend limit or quantity limit. Prior to the New Year launch we can prepare catering size lasagna, cannelloni or conchigle (giant stuffed pasta shells) for Christmas day or parties but we'll need 1 weeks advanced notice. Just message us for a quote. Ok enough reading for a Sunday. Tomorrow we are posting an exciting introductory deal which will be available before the launch. Rectangular Extra Large Lasagna: 32cm x 26 cm x 6 cm capacity 3100ml for $38.99 Rectangular Jumbo Lasagna: 43cm x 32cm x 8cm capacity 6500ml for $79.99 Our sauce contains both beef and pork mince. If you prefer only one or the other please specify when ordering. We also have cutlets available in chicken, veal or pork. They are 1 kilo batches.
