25.01.2022 Is anyone travelling from Port Lincoln to Arno Bay, or Tumby Bay on Monday that can pick up something from Port Lincoln Food Warehouse for us?

25.01.2022 We were lucky enough to be the recipient of an Eyre Peninsula Community Foundation Community Grant. This has helped us lay lawn at the Playcentre, to improve the space for playcentre children and all others who use the space!

25.01.2022 A HUGE THANK YOU to our outgoing President, Tubba, for five years of service, overseeing a very busy time at the ABCSC and ticking off some major achievements. Maybe he can spend more time getting jobs done on the farm now?

24.01.2022 The final EEFL/EENA Junior Development Day will be held at Arno Bay on Sunday 23rd August. Full bar and catering facilities will be available. No entry fee. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell and remember to practise social distancing and good hygiene. As you must be seated to consume alcohol, you could BYO chair to sit by the boundary. Some seating will be available indoors and outdoors. See you there!

24.01.2022 Good news! Thanks to a Community Grant of $4,000 from District Council of Cleve and $10,000 from the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal, the ABCSA will be installing air-conditioning and an acoustic ceiling (both of which have been on our agenda for quite some time!) in time for the footy season.

17.01.2022 RSA TRAINING Book in for RSA Training at the Cleve Sporting Complex on Monday 4 May 2020 from 6pm-9pm. This training has been discounted and offered for $70pp.... This training is for anyone involved in serving or supplying alcohol on a licensed premise. RSVP to [email protected] or 8290 2200.

17.01.2022 Dirt Circuit starts again on Sunday 16th August and ABCSA will be running the kitchen again. This is a major fundraiser for us with all proceeds going towards facility improvements, the latest of which are air-conditioning and acoustic ceiling tiles. In this year of COVID, normal revenue has disappeared and Eastern Eyre has scheduled a modified junior football and netball program on Sundays so we are struggling to fill the Dirt Circuit kitchen roster: most of our regular helpers are unable to be in two places at once. Can you spare a couple of hours to help out? One person needed from 10 am to 2 pm and another from 12 - 3 pm.

16.01.2022 Dirt Circuit is coming up on Saturday 20th February. Volunteers needed to help out in the kitchen. Thanks Lani for doing 5- close and Erin for cooking the bbq. Still plenty of spots available. If I tag you, it's because you offered to do a shift when we first took on the Dirt Circuit catering. Feel free to tag anyone else you think might help. It's a fun, social evening with a great group of volunteers and all money raised goes towards improvements of the Arno Bay Sporting Complex. What's on your wish list?

15.01.2022 Call out to all members: AGM is on tonight at the ABCSC at 7.30pm. There is also a working bee at 5 pm to get rid of blanket weed in the oval ready for the 2020 footy season. This will be the third in a week! If you can spare an hour, please come and help: the more helpers we get the quicker we'll get it done. 03.01.2022 Have you completed your RSA certificate? You can only be on the bar roster if you have provided a copy of your certificate. The final day of junior football and netball will be held on Sunday at Arno and we are working on rosters. Please comment if you have a certificate but have not provided it yet. Also, we will need to have a COVID Marshal/s on duty for the day. Please comment,or let Tubba know if you are interested in doing this role. Note that you won't be able to do any other job while you are acting as Marshal.

We are in the process of re-framing them but as some are damaged and/or faded we'd like to re-print them where possible.
