21.01.2022 Homemade Charcoal toothpaste with On-guard essential oil blend: Put about 4 heaped table spoons of soda bi carb in a jar. Add 20 drops of on guard essential oil blend, 6 to 10 drops of peppermint essential oil, open and add to this mix, about 6 capsules of activated charcoal. Add coconut oil little at a time and mix well with a wooden paddle pop stick until you get a creamy paste. Love the feel of this toothpaste, my teeth feel silky afterwards
