25.01.2022 A Pergola we designed and constructed in Sydney a little while back! Proud of how this one came out

25.01.2022 Courtyard pergola repair at the Burnside War Memorial Hospital! As you can see, water damage and wood rot had got the better of this one! We had to prop and raise up the main support beams on both sides of this structure to ensure the whole roof didn’t collapse! We cut out and re-framed to adequately support the weight, we also added in a big support bracket which we had custom made for the job! Fixed up the guttering and any leaks, added some flashing and re-nailed the shade cloth! To finish it off we patched and painted to make this courtyard pergola look brand new again

What an eventful year 2020 was, it seems that we had been so busy that we couldn’t keep up with our social media platforms and we sincerely apologize! 23.01.2022 Went back and did another job for our clients in Stepney. This time adding a few more roof sheets to keep the cars dry, dismantling and moving a gate back for Extra space and also sealing and water proofing the existing carport.

Considering its an early 70s built home, most of the timber has held up quite well but as the weather hits and some gutters leak the timber fascias cant handle it all. 09.01.2022 We have been lucky enough to do some work in the Burnside War Memorial Hospital. Here is a hinged door we replaced with an external sliding door. We removed the old door, removed and repositioned surrounding electrical, patched and painted the new wall architraves and door. Give us a call for all your home improvements and maintenance

02.01.2022 Wall removal and rebuild in Greenwith. We handled everything from start to finish. Including removal and reposition of wall (to create more space in a bedroom), frame, relocate powerpoints, insulate, plasterboard linings and patching, flushing, new cornice, sanding (ready to paint), new door and door frame, new skirting and architraves and also removed all rubbish from site. All the owners had to do was paint! (We do offer painting services also). All products used are Sout...h Australian (if not, Australian) made. For all renovations, replacements and repairs!
