10.01.2022 Many adults new to art therapy claim they don't have an artistic bone in their body, as did the creator of this lovely image! Copying an image can be a first step to break through inhibitions and gain a little confidence and self-acceptance; more able to express through creative art.

10.01.2022 A mere Scribble Artwork but an example of trusting the process and being open to the symbolic nature of what arises. The obvious title for the artist was, "Finding my Feet"; this brought clarity and appreciation to their present situation.

04.01.2022 A watery acrylic paint mix dripping down the canvas with colours mixing and messing up the easel and table can become a visual metaphor. For one this represents tears of grief, for another, chaos. The experience can create a base to work with for emotional repair and insight.
