22.01.2022 Another experimental food! Today molecular food !! On the top, mango sphere made with lime and molecular ingredients. Vanilla panna cotta and pineapple cooked with vanilla bean and star anise. And between an isomalt sugar disc. See how cool it is ;) Thanks Ranee to bring the molecular ingredients!
20.01.2022 The order for yesterday was a Matcha Opera :) I'm still in love with the beautiful green color of Matcha! But for tomorrow invitation I'll make something different... ;) Thanks for having ordered this one for Mao's first birthday!
18.01.2022 Last week, two of my friends head towards new horizons therefore I baked few sweet treats for them. Here one of them: matcha madeleines and black sesame madeleines. I had some with kids and other friends too, it was yummy :)
16.01.2022 Today was a bit chilly, that's why I decided to bake some churros! They're gluten free and dairy free to be edible by husband too! And because we ran out of Nutino, I thought it would be great to try to make a chocolate/nut spread, gluten and dairy free! Great success with husband but not at all with little one . Well... more for us

05.01.2022 Here the cake I baked to bring to my friend's place. White and black sesame biscuit, black sesame paste crémeux with cognac, matcha génoise and white chocolate ganache. Matcha macaron for decoration:)
04.01.2022 Last weekend was a busy one! Spent lots of time of cooking, eating, drinking and laughing with good friends! Here one of the dessert à l'assiette I made. Nougat entremet with raspberry/strawberry gelée and chocolate decoration. I also made a strawberry coulis with tonka seed offered by my sister in law, merci Hélène
