24.01.2022 For those who aren't yet aware, Alexia Sinclair had to pull out of the Business of Art Seminar a few months ago. However, the exciting news is that we have Michael Zavros coming in to take her place. Michael has held a number of international, solo and group exhibitions and has work held in a selection of public collections. If you want to learn more about his amazing work and his career so far, get your tickets for 'The Business of Art' seminar on January 19th 2013.

If your a student under 25 and want a chance to come along to the Art academy's winter workshop, all you need to do is submit 3 examples of your work and a valid school ID. HILL SMITH GALLERY OIL PAINTING WORKSHOP SCHOLARSHIP... Applications close June 1st - so get in quick! The successful applicant will be announced June 12th.

This is an amazing opportunity, thanks to the wonderful guys at Hill Smith Gallery and Premier Art Supplies. The only catch - entrants must be a registered secondary or tertiary student for 2012. Just enter 3 examples of your artwork before October 31st to be considered. Submissions will be judged by Alexia Sinclair, Kim Buck and Robin Eley. Good luck!!

Thanks to everyone who came along and participated, we hope everyone had a great time and came away with some inspiring and fascinating knowledge. A special thanks to Kim Buck, Michael Zavros and Sam Hill-Smith for presenting at our Business of Art Seminar on the Saturday. Some great tips and info were shared, and it was great to hear the different stories.... We hope everyone enjoyed themselves, and look forward to seeing you all at our future workshops!
