24.01.2022 The "Belinda" - a 3 tier dark chocolate mud cake with layers of butterscotch swiss meringue buttercream, was inspired by the fairy tale "snow white". With a glossy black rose petal bottom tier, a red sugar glazed apple middle tier and a hammered copper top tier, she is magnificent! Creating this was immensely satisfying.

01.01.2022 It is such an honor to have my work in a magazine but it was a privilege to create these cakes for Libbie and Nathan. The small 2 teir with caramel sauce was to cellebrate their son Oliver's birthday, it was a fun addition to the wedding for all the kids to enjoy. The wedding cake (photos are in the article) was made of 3 double barrel teirs of vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream with delicate edible lace. The fresh succulants from http://www.shiraleearcher.com were just perfect and made the whole image complete.
