23.01.2022 Very pleased and honoured to win the Mike Hobbs Prize for Photographic Portraiture at this year's Penneshaw Easter Art Exhibition on Kangaroo Island for my photograph titled 'Sentinel'. Thank you to the two esteemed judges: Lisa Slade, Project Curator at the Art Gallery of South Australia, and Annalise Rees, Artist and Lecturer. And thank you to all of the hard-working committee and volunteers who make this exhibition a true community event every year.

19.01.2022 So honoured that my painting Life on the Edge, Black Point Track, KI has been selected as a finalist in the Heysen Prize for Landscape 2018. The Heysen Exhibition is now on show at the Hahndorf Academy until 9 December 2018.

The exhibition of commissioned work by 10 selected Kangaroo Island artists opened last night at the Flinders University City Gallery in the State Library of South Australia on North Terrace and will be on display in this location until 3 September before touring the state. 12.01.2022 I had the pleasure of delivering my latest painting, 'Marlock Angel', to its new owners today. It was a work in progress on the easel when they first saw it but it now looks very much at home finished and in its beautiful new digs. 08.01.2022 The Penneshaw Easter Art Exhibition opened last night at the Penneshaw Hall, and Im very happy to have sold Silver Lining on the night. The exhibition showcases a lot of seriously good local talent and is well worth a visit if youre on Kangaroo Island.

A lot of my subject matter is inspired by this beautiful part of the island and it looks right at home hanging there. 06.01.2022 Very happy to report the sale of 'Survivor - Breathe Deep', my 2013 painting of a Eucalyptus Cosmophylla sprig. This sprig came from a pristine private sanctuary near D'Estrees Bay which was thankfully spared in the recent devastating fires on Kangaroo Island. The painting has long been a favourite of mine, but I was honoured to sell it to the new owner and it has gone to a very good home. Thanks to The Strand Gallery in Pt Elliot for their help with the sale.
