23.01.2022 We've been using the i-milk automated milk delivery system here at Artisti Coffee Roastery for over two years now. Actually Luke here at Artisti invented the system along with his partners at i-milk. Most of you who are familiar with our videos probably would have noticed it in the background of a few. Anyway, we thought it was probably time to tell you about it, how it works and why every barista that uses it absolutely loves it. Not only does it make their job easier, it's ...efficient, save loads of waste with plastic milk bottles as well as reduces wasted milk. 21.01.2022 La Marzocco GS3 three month user review video is live on our YouTube Channel right now! As a follow up to our original video, we have just released a 3 month user review of the La Marzocco GS3. Luke has been using the GS3 espresso machine every day now for the last three months and he has quite a bit to say about it. Mostly great things but there are a few things that do bother him. The GS3 is available in two models the AV (automatic volumeterics) or the model with a man...ual paddle that allows you to play around with pressure profiling. The model that Luke has been using is the manual paddle and the machine is an upgrade from a La Marzocco Linea Mini which he owned previous to this one. 20.01.2022 Artisti Coffee is now in Crescent Head! Jimmy has been busy working with Kate and her team at Green Room Cafe to set them up with new coffee equipment and training over the last week. They'll be serving Champion for their main blend as well as Placebo for their decaf which the locals are going to love! Over the coming weeks they also be introducing single origins to the line up too Welcome to the Artisti family Green Room Cafe!

11.01.2022 Here's a simple little barista hack for you. Here at Artisti we use these little decor brand tubs to pre-weigh our single and decaf beans ready to grab and grind. They fit perfectly into a 58mm group handle! Also, when we use our main grinder we grind directly into the little tubs rather than grinding into the group handle. This allows us to post-weigh our grind, make adjustments and then load the correctly dosed amount of ground coffee into the handle. Unfortunately we don't sell the dosing pots but you should be able to track them down easily enough; decor Go - 75ml Dip Tubs
