Phil has an excellent knowledge of machinery and media solutions, and can assist you with any enquiries you may have. In addition, Paul Elwin has joined Artref as a printer technician. He is assisting our service team to respond quickly to any printer issues to keep your business running efficiently.

Artref is well stocked and open for business, obviously with more safety and hygiene protocols in place and we're here to work with you to get you the supplies and support you need. Our technicians are available for breakdown and service support. Support training is available, however we must adhere to strict distancing guidelines or can offer online support via Skype / Teamviewer / Facetime. Our doors will be open in compliance with the government guidelines but we're encouraging all customers only to visit for essentials. We have our van available for non-contact deliveries and all our courier services are still currently running. Please get in touch with us if there's anything you need!
