24.01.2022 I'm heading down today, but dragging my feet. Very sad face. We lost one of our fur babies Elle on Tuesday to a snake bite. So people be vigilant this time of year, especially being the end of summer, not only for your pets, but yourselves. Move any water away from around your house, as they are looking for water. Shop will be open Friday too Sunday.

22.01.2022 David and myself had the hounour of going too The Old Time Dance to remember the fallen from WW1 at our local town hall, which was very fitting with the period costumes and lots of red poppies and the buntings with the old chairs that the fallen soldiers may well have sat on once upon a time..... There was lots of dancing and laughing and camaraderie, with lots of yummy food at supper time. We all joined in with The Nannup Keynote's singers and had a terrific sing a long. Well done Nannup oh.. oh.. oh.... what a town!

20.01.2022 Hello everyone! I hope your Christmas was full of love and laughter. Happy New Year to you all. I will be down this weekend, which looks to be lovely weather . The shop will be open Friday till Sunday 10 am - 4pm. 19.01.2022 Please come and join me for a felt workshop at the beautiful Nannup Valley Chalets. Why not organise a girls weekend retreat? You will be creating a Nuno felt scarf, which will be a sampler scarf using Australian Merino wool and different fabrics and techniques to show you the various textures you can achieve. I will provide lots of coloured wools and fabrics and threads for you to choose from. Please feel free to bring along any threads you may wish to incorporate into you projects. There are also 2 other workshops available for you to choose from. I look forward to seeing you there. Alana.

16.01.2022 Even though my shop has closed I've still kept my fb page open in case someone should have an enquiry. I'd like to let people whom may be driving down too Nannup to look at the worlds largest wooden clock that it is no longer on display. We are all extremely disappointed that the people involved ( after much consultation with the town and lots of TV advertisement) could not come to some sort of compromise to keep it on display as it was a big tourist draw... card for the town. I was in Nannup recently and met several people that had driven down from Perth only to find it was no longer there and they were extremely upset and disappointed after spending time and money to get there. Having said that its still nice to stop into quaint Nannup, grab a coffee from one of the cafes and stroll around the shops which stock alot of Aussie products. Markets are on tomorrow and the Seven bicycle event is on this weekend. Make sure you rug up folks and have a great weekend. See more

15.01.2022 Due to unforseen circumstances the shop will be open late today. Drive safe everyone on the wet roads. Sadly this year 7 families have lost loved ones and most have happened in rural areas.

14.01.2022 Heading too Nannup today. I am running a felting workshop and looking forward to creating some beautiful Nuno scarves with 5 lovely ladies. Fun fun fun.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone. This long weekend will be the last time the shop will be open and closes on the Monday of this long weekend Lots of stock reduced. It would be nice if you could all come in and support the people that have their stock in the shop also. Maybe just to buy a future gift for someone who's Birthday is coming up or a pressie for yourself too support Nannups local artists. There's Carole Patches funki mosaics. Josephines soy candles, diffusers, fine bone china. Bev's ha...nd made jewellry, Stephanie's childrens clothes imported from Spain. Margaret has an Ashford spinning wheel for sale. Thelma has some jewellry and paintings. Jim has some art deco lights, an antique chest of drawers and a rusty scarifier, Rob Lawson has some glass art. 05.01.2022 Some of you may be aware that Arts & Carts has been on the market for 1 year and a half. I've been doing a 2 hour drive and opening the shop most weekends (or the lovely Carole opens when I can't make it down) Then I drive 2 hours home, so as you could well imagine, I am pleased to announce that the shop is currently UNDER OFFER. I will be starting a clearance sale starting tommorrow on 'selected items'. The shop will be finally closing it's doors on the 1st February 2019.

04.01.2022 Arts & Carts is officially closed. I would like too thank everyone that called into my shop over the past 3 years. Thankyou too those locals that came into the shop and also brought their Nannup guests in. A big thankyou from our local neighbours from surrounding towns. And those that came from afar. Hand made jewellery by Bev . And Australian merino wool felted bead necklaces and nuno felted scarves made by me. Have a very Merry Christmas and love the ones you with. I have alot to be grateful for and I am very grateful for all your support through out my 3 years of owning Arts & Carts Nannup.

03.01.2022 It's a big weekend down South this weekend so come on down! Towns are being brought to life with red poppies to remember the fallen in WW1 on the 100th Anniversary of the signing of the Armistice. Nannup will be no exception. Our local RSL has been hard at work preparing for the parade and an old time fancy dress 1918 dance at our local town hall on Sunday night so if you haven' got tickets yet, you best hurry up. I'm on my way down, so the shop is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Not long till Xmas. Tick tock tick tock. Drive safe everyone as The Bridgetown Blues Festival is also on.
