Place your hands at your sides or on your hips or thighs (if sitting), whichever feels more comfortable. This is your starting position.... Take a deep breath in and whilst exhaling / breathing out, roll your shoulders backwards. Do this at least 10 times. Do the above again but roll your shoulders forwards again 10 times. Repeat throughout the day! =)
