02.01.2022 Art therapy and the Creative Process My grandfather, who I called Pop, passed away on the weekend. In the midst of heartache I wanted to draw, but I couldn't bring myself to return to the projects I have waiting while I'm grieving. It's really good to have something calm and almost meditative activity to do that doesn't shut your feelings away, but allows you to slow down and turn them into something. I highly recommend this. Go create, even when your heart is heavy. Time to do the flower heads now
