25.01.2022 Full Carat Carrington . . . Once upon a time, back when it was ok to travel wherever and whenever you liked. In a world that was very different from today...... No it's not a fairytale, we did go out and visit national parks. And it won't be long, and we will be able to appreciate them even more than we had done previously. Carrington fall's at its finest, back in February this area received close to 600mm of rain in a weekend. There were waterfalls coming out of places that shouldn't have been waterfalls. I've not posted one from here before, to show how much water was flowing that weekend. So here's a catchup and reminder, of just how good it was. . . . 24.01.2022 . Thing's Come In 3's . . .... Three waves, rock, sand & water. Maybe I'm OCD, but a lot of the time in my line of work. There needs to be a balance, a centre and that only comes in odd numbers. In a constructed environment, it makes things appear more natural and harmonious. But we are all different, we are aware of our own environment in different ways. And what brings balance, and harmony to one, doesn't to another. 04.01.2022 . Sea Lettuce... . . .... Just a little while back, and we were on the North coast of New South Wales. Out looking for spots to see the sunrise, settling on a spot that wasn't going to wash any of us off the rock's. The lone fisherman comes into shot, 'hey mate won't be long, just collecting sea lettuce'. 25 minutes later... Some day's ya just got to let it go, it's not that bad. 02.01.2022 . Hidden Valley . . .... I came across this for the first time a couple of weeks ago, it's not an undiscovered valley that I'm sure we would all hope for. It's not even that far from my home, but when you're standing here looking down at the ferns, the moss and lichen covered rocks, and the creek flowing through the middle. It could be anywhere, a million miles from home and all the distractions of society. Your thoughts transport you to a place of seclusion and peace. Somewhere I'm happy to return back to, even though the drone nearly came back in more pieces than it went out in . . .
