25.01.2022 Our Co-owners Renee Mcconnell, Jason Mcconnell and Dave Parker along with 200 Victorian restaurants have signed up to an industry best practice gold standard initiative to ensure restaurants and cafes can reopen safely on October 19. The plan outlines the safety measures for a typical day in the hospitality industry, from cleaning regimens to contactless delivery, staff arrival and order of service. Accredited businesses would display a gold tick, signifying the venue app...lies best practices to the health, safety and wellbeing of both customers and its staff. The gold tick is about formalising our processes for customer assurance so everyone feels safe. Anything we can do to open safely earlier, that’s the key. We thank Dan Stock and the Herald Sun for their support and hope that this plan, which has now been submitted will help our industry get moving again.

23.01.2022 Tábata Silva joined the Front Of House team at Asado in September 2018, originally from Argentina, Tábata (Tabby) made her way to Australia because she longed to travel and have the experience of living in another country. Tábata's passion for travel began with her studies in tourism. Even working for the tourism department of the Argentinian Government. Tábata has always been such a valued member of the Asado family (Swipe right to see a photo of Tabby and the team last ...year during Christmas) and her hard work and dedication during this difficult time has not gone unnoticed.
