These are useful for clients wishing to have greater peace of mind before exchanging on a property that may be subject to geotechnical issues, such as steep land, land slip, ground water issues, settlement, rock fall etc. In many cases geotechnical input is required by the lender where the block is subject to a council geotechnical hazard or land slip zoning.
