20.01.2022 "Don't endanger your soul by being found asleep spiritually in Church." Sometimes we might come to Church tired. Maybe you had a late night on Saturday night and felt that a Sunday morning sleep in was necessary. But you knew you had to go to Church. We've all had a day like that! Falling asleep physically in Church is one thing, but falling asleep spiritually is far worse. It's important to know how to be alert and be prepared when we come to Church. We learnt several steps ...of how to do this, some of which include to listen humbly, listen biblically and listen practically. 11.01.2022 OUR MINISTRY TEAM: The second member of the team we'd like to introduce you to is our Cross-cultural Pastor Mook Lee. Mook is married to Talia and they have two young children, Jethro (5) and Amy (3). Mook loves "all food", enjoys music, many sports and his favourite all time TV series is NCIS. Question: If you could be the best in the world at something, what would it be and why?... Answer: It used to be soccer or cricket because I just loved playing the game so much. But now it is music, specifically in production, because of the avenue you have for ministry and sharing the gospel. #ashburtonpresbyterian #church #pastor
