21.01.2022 ? Drinking enough water is essential to life and something that we often put to the side! I won’t list the benefits here but what I would say is that 2-3L per day is ideal for most people. But when the water challenge was going around, the response that I received was surprising ~ quite a few people struggling to hit their water intake daily. ...
