03.01.2022 Here is the first video in our series of exercises to do at home during isolation videos! During the time that were are spending at home in isolation, we ar...e sitting in uncomfortable chairs, sitting and lying on the couch and in bed more often and becoming more sedentary generally. All of this is leading to increased lower back stiffness and eventually pain. Here are some useful stretches you can do to prevent and help this. As always, if you experience pain during any of these, do not continue and consult your health practitioner. If you have any questions, feel free to get in contact with us at Centre 4 Health. Hope you enjoy!
