22.01.2022 I know I'm ready for a clean up from the Christmas, New years binge I've been having. Keen to share this clean up with you all with first my smoothie challenge and then my real detox...kicking off 1st Feb. Smoothie challenge 4 Gee starts 18th and finishes 25th. Giving you a week break before the Real detox starts on the 1st. You can follow along to clean up not just one meal a day but every meal. Meal plans include 3 main meals and 2 snacks each day. Detox out the crap and add in real, wholesome, live food.
