25.01.2022 Darling point With the sandstone now cleaned and sealed, the painting complete, we nearly have a finished product. Mirrors and cleaning to go this week.

17.01.2022 Darling Point The boys have worked hard replacing all of the white and damaged joists. Ready to start flooring on Monday.

16.01.2022 A new start in North Bondi. First floor addition & ground floor renovations. This is a very difficult job. Almost to Boundry on one side and 900 Boundry on the other, narrow street and zero parking. Fencing is up site is secured and We are ready to go.

14.01.2022 Another completed project for the year. Newtown reaches practical completion last Friday

13.01.2022 Bondi With the Guys from Construction Rescue and biggest crane truck in the southern hemisphere we manage to lift up and place the structural steel and two truckloads of timber right up to the rear of the house so we can build the first floor. The week started poorly. Monday we had organised a crane to lift structural steel and timbers. Due to 2 cars parked at the front of the site we were forced to cancel and reschedule crane and deliveries. Due to availability that had t...o be put back till today. For this to happen we had to have the power disconnected to the house and then be able to manoeuvre the crane truck in as closest possible to the front boundary to miss the street overhead powerlines.

13.01.2022 Bondi is nearly there. The boys have done an outstanding job & the owners are set to move in next week.

13.01.2022 Big day lined up a Drummoyne today. The installation is going into the walls and ceiling. The Gyprockers are following closely behind sheeting. The roofers have finished and were all weather tight. Time for the scaffolding to come down and move to the front so the next section of the old house roof can be completed.

10.01.2022 Darling Point Concrete slabs going in to renovate the ground floor bathrooms. Delayed with the pour due to concrete supply but the view is lovely

08.01.2022 Thanks to the boys hard work Bondi is looking absolutely fantastic. With only a month to go and all the bathroom fittings installed we are ready to start painting tomorrow.
