18.01.2022 If you're noticing that you've been logged out of Facebook and Messenger over the last few days, this is why. There's no action required by you, but I recommend you do the following, if you have not already: 1. Change your password. It can't hurt and, if you're like me, it's probably been a while since you have!... 2. Enable two factor authentication. You can do this by going to Settings -> Security and Logins -> Two Factor Authentication 3. Review your logins. Do this at Settings -> Security and Logins -> Where you're logged in 4. Review your account activity by going to your profile and clicking the "Activity Log" button on the right hand side (in your cover photo).
