15.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY Okay let's stop for a second and appreciate this beautiful woman and our @asn_coolangatta_tweed superstar, Justine! We just love the realness and rawness of her story... Let's hear it "Okay Team... I must admit, I really struggled with this. I went back and forth about whether I wanted to share my 'journey' because, to be honest... it was super confronting! ... The picture on the left was me in 2011. At the time I was a flight attendant, living a very unhealthy lifestyle and had every excuse under the sun as to why. Always tired, not enough time, shift work... you name it! I drank alcohol daily, didn't train, and ate anything and everything (no really ). This really impacted my mental health and self confidence. Now, I am not sad or angry at the old me... just dissapointed, and only because my BODY deserved better! I am so grateful for my body today, it birthed my beautiful boy and gives me LIFE It allows me to live and LOVE and there is no greater joy in life. It is time we CELEBRATE our bodies for what they are and what they do for us. I hope my mental and physical transformation can show others that we have all had moments of weakness, but that we can rise above and BE BETTER! 07.01.2022 SAVE Choc-Chai Fudge by the legends at @atpscience.au .... Mmmm we're in This decadent fudge is perfect when you want a sweet chocolate treat to hit the spot ... INGREDIENTS: cup almond butter 100g 70% dark chocolate 1 tsp cinnamon tsp allspice 1 tsp honey 2 scoops @atpscience.au Gutright Daily Choc Chai 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Extra nuts/seeds to decorate METHOD: 1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler, once melted add in almond butter, honey, and vanilla and combine well. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine until smooth. Pour into a prepared loaf size baking tin. 3. 3. Smooth out evenly. 4. Top with chopped nuts or dried fruit. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from the freezer and slice into squares. 5.
