"When I first arrived in Australia I wasn’t too keen to get back into full time studio teaching but I was told about A SOUND LIFE who provide yoga, mindfulness & music to charities. What an awesome idea! Covid has been challenging for mental health & it’s so important to support charities that do great work. There are many ways to help & volunteerin...g is such a great way to share skills. The ability to deliver online means we can reach people uncomfortable with group classes & studios. A SOUND LIFE have done a great job adapting to online this year. I’m so proud to teach for them. I began my teaching career 20 years ago working for charities with dance (free movement really). It’s still one of my deepest passions & joys to teach this way. A gift that keeps on giving.
