22.01.2022 Just end a 90 hour fast. The plan was not to go this far but I just listen to my body and ate when it was time. I will be honest it was last night at 8pm but I when to bed and set myself to get to 90. Previous best was 72. I ended the way I end all my fasts with vegetables and cold press olive oil. Some people say to me are you starving yourself? You are going to get headaches You are going to get light headed, You going to lose muscle These are all unfortunately misl...ead myths. If this was the case we wouldn’t exist as humans today and food was not accessible as it was 1000 years ago. But we are not mean it eat 6 meals a day. Did we do this 1000 years ago? You have to have a reason to do intermittent fasting. Fasting could be skipping snack or breakfast. It’s not for everyone especially people who are blood presser tablets, taking tables with food, pregnant women or under 18. Check with your doctor before you do it if you have medical conditions. One of the best ways to heal your body is to let it and feeding you body 6 times a day with sugar food and feasting longer than you are fasting is not letting your body repair I love the feeling of being in control of my eating and listening to my body. I have obese as a kid and overweight as a young adult. This works for me and my lifestyle.
